1. IntroductionIt is common knowledge that millions of men, women and children around the world have little or no chance of obtaining a copy of the HOLY BIBLE, but Information Technology (IT) is changing that. The Bible is now available in many languages on the Internet.
2. Free DownloadAs you probably know, there are hundreds of files at AVITW - USA. Yow can study the Authorized King James Bible as well as the entire AVITW site from your own computer without being connected to the Internet. Please visit our download page.If you are missionary-minded, you could printout the articles you deem most suitable for the people in your area, or you may place some of them on your own web site.
3. No Internet Connection?Maybe you have a friend who has a computer, but no link to the Internet. We have good news for them; and it's up to you to print out this file and pass it on. To receive a free copy of the Bible on our web site CD, you can contact us on your friend's behalf; or he/she can write by ordinary mail to one of the addresses below, giving name and full postal address, including the country.
4. Free Bible Software ProgramsThere are a number of free Bible software programs on the Internet using the Authorized King James Version. Bible Software programs can be very useful. Bible software programs allow word and phrase searches through selected books or the through entire Bible. This can be a great aid to you in your Bible studies. You will also be able to attach your own notes to specific books, chapters, and verses.
5. The Bible IndexThe Bible Index is the gateway through which you may link to any one of the 66 books in the Holy Bible. Please note that these books are from the Authorized King James Version, which is the real Word of God!The Bible Index is divided into 2 sections:

7. Bible Versions/CopyrightThe Bible version recommended at AVITW - USA is the Authorized King James Version. You will find the reason for this in the article entitled Bible Versions. A free copy of this booklet is available on request.
Most, if not all, modern English translations of the Bible have
a copyright notice at the beginning of the publication.
There you will read copyright warnings such as:
We are delighted to inform you that the basic text of the Authorized King James Version, first published in 1611, contains no copy restrictions. This means that you are permitted to copy the basic text not the marginal references, notes, commentaries and maps etc. without violating copyright. You are certainly not allowed to do this with modern translations of the Bible. Most, if not all, contain a copyright warning, even about the basic text! When you stop to consider this vital matter, you will agree that it is unthinkable that Jehovah, the Almighty God of Israel, would slap a copyright warning on His own Word. Be grateful that He hasn't. AVITW - USA literature is also not copy protected. This means that you may make copies of any HTML file at this site without violating copyright.
